Tecline R2 Tec 2 Nitrox Regulator

The Tecline R2 TEC2 O2 regulators are designed for high performance in both laboratory testing and real-world diving conditions. These regulators are particularly suited for technical diving, offering reliability and advanced features to enhance your diving experience.

First Stage: R2 TEC

• Design: Balanced diaphragm with a 'dry chamber' to environmentally seal the diaphragm.

• Features:

  • 2 HP Ports: Positioned on either side of the 300 bar DIN fitting.

  • Rotating End Turret: Houses 4 LP ports around the circumference and a 5th LP axial port on the bottom end.

  • Material: Made from maritime brass with a high-quality matte chrome finish.

  • Functionality: The rotating turret allows for flexible hose routing, making it popular for stage/deco tanks as hoses can be stored neatly and deployed kink-free.

Second Stage: TEC2

• Design: Pneumatically balanced downstream regulator.

• Adjustments:

  • Venturi Flow: For easy breathing.

  • Breathing Resistance: For customizable breathing effort.

• Cold Water Operation: A heat exchanger improves performance in cold water by reducing the risk of icing.

Certifications and Testing

• CE Certified: Tested in accordance with EN250A requirements.

• Environmental Trials: Undergo extensive trials in diverse conditions, including icy Polish lakes, Mexican caves, and tropical waters.

Oxygen Compatibility

• Factory Cleaned: Suitable for use with Nitrox blends beyond 40% oxygen, out of the box.

• Oxygen Cleaning: Must be oxygen cleaned by a qualified scuba technician before use with Nitrox mixes richer than EAN40. Oxygen compatible service kits are available.

Additional Information

• 5th LP Axial Port: Optional and can be ordered separately. Installation by us or a qualified scuba technician is available upon request. Allow two extra business days for installation and delivery if requested.
