Tecline MIDI Aluminium Backplate

The Tecline MIDI Aluminium Backplate is precision machined from a single 3mm thick aluminium sheet. It comes with slots that are neatly bevelled and rounded to reduce wear on strap webbing. Additional holes and slots are conveniently located to allow fastening of the wing, weight pockets and other accessories.

Designed for versatility, the backplate also accommodates a single tank adapter (STA) for seamless transitions between single tank and twin tank diving. Weighing approximately 600 grams, this backplate is recommended for divers between 150-170cm in height.
