Designed in collaboration with Thomas Mattheis, this Dan Sun Titanium premium titanium spool combines an exceptionally lightweight construction with the strength and corrosion resistance of Grade 5 Titanium.

Manufactured using 3D printing technology and finished with a distinctive mirror-like surface, the spool is engineered for divers who value minimal weight without compromising durability.


Lightweight Titanium Construction

Designed to be light as a feather, each spool is optimized for its line capacity while keeping overall weight to a minimum. Grade 5 Titanium provides an excellent combination of strength, low weight and corrosion resistance, making it particularly well suited to demanding diving environments.

The 3D-printed construction also allows for a highly refined design while maintaining the structural integrity required for repeated use.

Available in five sizes, the range covers applications from compact 20 m spools to high-capacity 70 m spools.
